How it started
Robert Johnson started Johnsons Homes in 2023 with one goal: be the exterior cleaner people don't have to chase. That means answering texts fast, quoting a real price up front, and sending photos when the job is done so customers can see the result even if they weren't home.
The company did 21 jobs in its first partial year, 101 in 2024, 161 in 2025 and 198 in 2026 through September 20. Every Google review in that time has been five stars.

Gutter cleaning is $175 flat for most homes (1,000–3,000 sq ft). House washing runs $300–450 for most one-story homes and $475–700 for two-story. Roof cleaning from $550, driveways from $225, exterior windows $200, decks from $275 and fences from $250. Several services on one visit cost less, like the Full Exterior Refresh (house, windows and gutters) at $575–600 for most one-story homes. Where we work
Most of our work is in the northern suburbs (West Chester, Mason, Liberty Township, Loveland) and across Northern Kentucky, including Covington, Newport and Florence. See every community we've worked in.
We also clean rental properties for owners who can't be there, and storefronts and commercial lots outside business hours.
