Johnsons Homes is an exterior cleaning company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, serving Greater Cincinnati, the Dayton area and Northern Kentucky. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Johnsons Homes. "You" means anyone visiting this website or contacting us.

Information you send to us

The instant quote builder

This is worth explaining plainly, because it works differently from most web forms. The quote builder on this site asks for your address, the service you want, any add-ons, and your name. None of that is transmitted to us while you fill it in, and none of it is stored on a server. It stays in your browser and is used to compose a text message. When you tap the send button, your phone's own messaging app opens with that message ready to go. You are the one who sends it, and you can edit or delete it first.

If you close the page without sending, we never receive anything, and nothing is kept.

When you text or call us

Once you send that message, we receive your phone number and whatever you included in it. Typically that is your name, your property address, the service you want, and sometimes photos. We may also collect notes about your property, the work performed, scheduling details, and before-and-after job photos.

We use this information to prepare your quote, schedule and perform the work, keep records of jobs completed, and follow up about your service.

Address suggestions

When you type in the address box on the quote page, the text you type is sent to Photon, an address lookup service operated by komoot GmbH, in order to return matching address suggestions. This happens as you type, before you send anything to us. If you would rather not use it, you can skip the address step entirely and simply type your address into the text message instead.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses third-party analytics and advertising tools. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and can see things like which pages you view, roughly where you are, what device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site.

The tools running on this site are:

• Google Analytics — measures how the site is used, such as which pages get visited.
• Google Ads — measures advertising performance and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site.
• Meta Pixel — measures advertising performance for ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Job photos

We take before-and-after photos of work we perform, and we send them to you as part of the job. We may also use those photos to show our work, for example on this website, in our Google listing or in advertising. We do not include your name or address when we do. If you would prefer that photos of your property not be used publicly, just tell us and we will not use them.

Your choices

• Cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
• Google. You can adjust ad personalization in your Google account settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
• Meta and LinkedIn. Both offer ad preference controls in your account settings on those platforms.

Children
