Proof without the drive
The hard part of a rental is that you never see the outside. Gutters fill up, the shaded wall goes green, and the first you hear of it is a tenant calling about water in the basement.
We photograph every job before and after and text you the photos when we leave. You know the work was done, and you have a dated record for the property file.

- Everything runs by text. No site visit to get a quote, usually about 10 minutes.
- Tenants can be home or away. Exterior work needs no one inside.

More than one property
Text all the addresses at once and say what each one needs. We price them together and group them onto as few trips as the map allows.
Between tenants is the best moment for a full exterior. A clean house, clear gutters and a bright driveway make a listing photo, and a showing, look like a well-kept property.
