Every service
We handle the whole exterior in Green Township. Gutters, driveways and patios, decks and fences, siding and windows.
Counts come from our own job calendar. Anything not listed we still do here, it just has not come up yet.
Older streets, mature trees, original gutters
Green Township is the closest part of our service area to home, and it is also the oldest in character. Bridgetown, Mack, Monfort Heights and Covedale are established neighborhoods where the trees have had decades to grow, and a lot of houses are still on their original gutters.
Mature canopy is the whole story here. Those trees fill gutters faster than anywhere else we work, and they keep roofs and the shaded side of houses damp long enough for algae to establish. That is why gutter cleaning is six of our eight Green Township jobs.
Older gutters are also more likely to be sagging or pulling away, because wet debris is heavy and years of overflow soften the fascia board behind them. When we clean them we will tell you honestly if we see that, because a gutter with nothing solid to hang from is a repair, not a cleaning.
The housing itself tends to be brick and aluminum or older vinyl, often with painted wood trim and soffits that will not tolerate high pressure. Those get the gentle treatment.
What we get called for most in Green Township
Gutters, and usually twice a year. With this much canopy one cleaning does not last. Autumn is the big one, and later than most people expect, because the oaks here hold their leaves into November. We wrote up the timing that actually works.
Driveways, walkways and patios. Older concrete on shaded lots grows a green organic film that makes it slick as well as ugly. That is pressure washing work.
Decks and fences. Shade means wood goes grey and green faster out here. Both get cleaned at low pressure, because pressure on wood tears out the soft grain and leaves it splintering. See deck and patio cleaning.
Siding, soffits and trim. Soft washing, always, on older painted surfaces.

What can you clean at a Green Township home?
The whole exterior. Gutters, driveways, patios, decks, fences, siding, roofs and windows. Gutters are what the west side calls us for most, but we bring everything either way.
How often do gutters need doing around Bridgetown and Mack?
Twice a year with that much tree cover. Late spring for seeds and pollen, and late autumn once the trees are genuinely bare. Cleaning in early October usually means doing it again in December.
My gutters look like they are sagging. Can you still clean them?
Usually yes, and we will tell you straight if we think the fascia behind them has gone soft. Wet debris is heavy, and years of overflow rots the board the gutter hangs from. Cleaning helps, but if the mounting is failing that is a repair and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Do you cover Covedale and Monfort Heights?
Yes, along with Bridgetown, Mack and the rest of the west side. Green Township is one of the closest areas to us, so scheduling is easy.
