A lot of concrete per house

Liberty Township is the one place in our service area where pressure washing outnumbers everything else, and the reason is simply the way the houses were built. Newer construction on larger lots means long driveways, wide walkways, big patios and a fair number of pool surrounds. That is a lot of flat concrete per property.

Concrete is porous, so dirt does not sit on top of it, it grinds into the surface. Chemistry alone will not lift embedded oil, tire marks and the grey organic film that builds up in shade. Force will, and concrete is one of the few surfaces tough enough to take it. This is the part of the job where a pressure washer is genuinely the right tool.

The houses themselves are the opposite case. Large areas of vinyl, brick and stucco, with seams that water can be driven behind if somebody points a pressure washer at them. Those get low pressure and a cleaning solution.
